FAQ
Question: Le boitier n’est pas détecté dans le système d’exploitation.
Réponse: essayez de connecter le périphérique à un autre port USB / Thunderbolt (selon le type de boitier).
Question: Le disque dur n’est pas visible dans le système?
Réponse: Assurez-vous que le disque dur est formaté. Surtout pour les nouveaux disques. Vous trouverez l’information dans le gestionnaire de disque situé dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques. Vous pouvez également y formater le disque dur.
Attention! La fonction de formatage supprime toujours les données. Par conséquent, sauvegardez vos données potentielles avant d’exécuter le formatage.
