FAQ
Pregunta: El dispositivo conectado está desconectado o no funciona correctamente.
Respuesta: Asegúrese de tener el conector MOLEX de alimentación de su PC conectado al conector de alimentación de la tarjeta PCIe.
Pregunta: ¿No hay comunicación al conectar un cable de red?
Respuesta: Verifique que el conector del cable y los cables estén bien apretados.
Pregunta: Todo funciona, pero solo muestra velocidad 100 Mbps o 10 Mbps. ¿Dónde está el problema?
Respuesta: Verifique todos los cables entre la PC y el elemento activo y presione los conectores RJ-45. También ayuda a cambiar el cable Ethernet entre el adaptador y el elemento de red activo (HUB, conmutador, enrutador) por cable que es certificado.
