FAQ
Question: The connected device disconnects or does not work correctly.
Answer: Make sure that the MOLEX connector of your PC’s power supply is connected into the PCIe card power connector.
Question: Why does the USB device disconnect or not work correctly or some devices are not detected?
Answer: Obsolete drivers may be the cause. Please download the latest drivers from the Download tab and install them
